Do we see colors differently?

Ok so i know we see colors as what we perceive them to be. I see Red, i know the color as Red, my brain and eyes together process it as Red. But what if the actual color Red was different person to person? Lets think about this. I'm not saying there are some people walking around in rainbow vision, but there could be minor to major differences in the way we see colors. There is really no way of knowing because we can't see through each others eyes, we just identify colors based on communication and knowledge of that color from our education. Anyways i just thought that was worth mentioning on my blog, sometimes im afraid i think way too outside the box. Harsh comments will follow...
